Welcome to Radhe Computer. By using our website or hiring our repair and installation services in Ahmedabad, you agree to the following terms:

1. Diagnostic Estimates & Repair Approval

All repair costs and estimated completion times are provided prior to initiating component-level work. Work commences only after client confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or job sheet approval.

2. Warranty Terms

• New spare parts (SSDs, RAM, LED screens) carry standard manufacturer warranty as specified on the tax invoice.
• Refurbished laptops carry the specific warranty period agreed upon at the time of purchase (typically 30 to 90 days).
• Warranty does not cover liquid damage, physical drop damage, electrical power surges, or unauthorized third-party tampering.

3. Data Backup Responsibility

While we handle every hardware unit with care, clients are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of critical data before submitting devices for repair. Radhe Computer is not liable for data loss caused by pre-existing drive failure.
